question: Anyone ever try to run an "auction" in a thread here? Meaning people post bids openly?

That has been done before, but just define your auction rules CLEARLY (ie. ending time(define time zone), sniping rules, starting price, etc. so there is no confusion. I'm sure there is more I'm not thinking of, but I know a few members here have done this in the past. They might be able to help you more.

Good luck with your sale!

Danny

I'd like to try it, but I'll clear it with Joe first.
