thats not that great. I see it go for about 30-45 bucks in that box all the time. The last month, nes stuff on ebay has been cheaper then it usually was.

But..

in the last 9 months, I've purchased 3 different exact complete sets for 15$CDN at a local pawn shop. I always resell for ~70$US on eBay. :D

I have been seeing those at my local swap meet for 40 dollars. And talking them down has become second nature to me now :evil:

It sometimes seems that the price of the auction is inversely proportional to the number of words used to describe it. Find a seller selling games with very small description, you can usually get them cheaper. Just a personal observation. :)

The games and stuff will be cheaper through the summer, then pick back up again in October/November for the Christmas season and the after christmas obsession season (New collectors starting at Christmas realizing that you can get just about anything on ebay) LOL That is how I started and that how it has played out for the last 2 years so far. Buy stuff over the summer while it is cheap or you will have to wait a while. On the other hand much more stuff is available during Christmas and after than at any other time during the year. Again, personal observations which may or may not always hold true.

Actually, that is sweet. I would have loved to get that deal. I got about the same deal in 1999 on the Deluxe set I won. But I got some games with it and some parts were broken. But it was about the same. I'd much rather have that one though.

Eh, just go to your local flea markets or thrifts. I just found one today in the same box for $15. I didn't buy the whole thing, just the box for $3, as I already have the crap.
