About a week ago, an old buddy of mine dropped by the house. While I was showing off my collection of vintage crap, my friend mentioned that his younger brother collected NES games, and was looking for a specific one.
He couldn't remember the details or remember the name of the game, but he knew it was a sports game that involved a player named Bubbo Breebo. He said he thought it was either a football or a basketball game, but he would have to check back with his brother and get more info.
The minute he said it, I started laughing to myself. I dug through my small pile of NES games, pulled one out and inserted it into my NES. When I turned my NES on, there was the game he had been looking for.
"Double Dribble." Or, as the NES says it, "Bubbo Breebo."
