Dropped by the local Best Buy to pick up Master & Commander on DVD. Checked out the video game section and picked up the following deals

Hunter The Reckoning Wayward (PS2) $4.99
Goblin Commander (XBOX) $9.99
Resident Evil Code: Veronica X (GCN) $19.99

I love it when they close out a title!

Also I've found some DAMN good deals there in the past couple of days...Fatal Frame 2 for 9.99 and Dark Cloud 2 for 9.99 are a few really nice pick ups.

back when the n64 was dying i got roadrash 64, a sharkpad pro2 controller, and excitebike 64 all for ten bucks at best buy

I have been noticing a lot of close out type deals lately at stores! (toys r us, circuit city, best buy) And hae defiantley been taking advantage. Got Capcom Vs. SNK 2 last night for 19.99. I also in the past 2 weeks have got like 12 new titles for my GC, all under 19.99, some 9.99!

At Best buy today, I got Haven (PS2) for $4.99, the Halo 2 controller pack for Xbox for $9.99, and a GC pro racer wheel and pad in one for $4.99

I urge anyone that isn't already signed up to go sign up for the www.cheapassgamer.com FORUMS. Lots of people just hit the front page, but the forums is where they keep constantly updated Best Buy markdown lists, EB sales & clearances, and sales & clearances from just about anywhere. If you don't get your confirmation e-mail like a lot of people seem to be having problems with then theres an e-mail help link on there....just shoot CheapyD an e-mail and ask him to fix it, he will.

Did you know the EB just marked Boombastic down to 9.99?

Anyways, go sign up, I feel dirty grabbing up all these sweet sales without anyone on here getting em too.
