Didn't find much, but I finally got Gallop Racer 2003 this week, so I'm very happy. $30 new at Gamestop BTW. Think they are still selling for $50-$60 on Ebay, so it's a pretty good deal.

Also picked up RPG Maker II from a pawn shop for $20 (anyone have a strategy guide available for this?). And finally, in a trade, I received Interllivision Lives (Xbox), Super Mario Sunshine, and Tech Romancer (DC).

why didnt you just buy more then one of them then sell the rest on ebay to make the game you got free, and plus a profit?

Because it was the last copy they had. Believe me, if they had more copies, I would have snatched them all up in an instant. I'm surprised they even had 1 of them in stock...it's gotta be one of the hardest-to-find PS2 games out there.

I was hoping to add Robotech: Battlecry Collector's ed, or Zoocube to the collection this week. Alas, it was not to be. I did, however snag that Gamecube demo disc with Billy Hatcher, Viewtiful Joe, etcetera for $7. I know it's not much of a find, but it's something I've been meaning to pick up for a year or so now.

Decided to go grab some stuff at EB's BOGO sale since they had tons of boxed gen/snes games at a couple locations pretty far from my house.

SNES
Kirby Super Star (complete)
Arkanoid (complete)
Earthworm Jim 2 (complete)
Super Ghouls n' Ghosts (loose)

Genesis
Castlevania Bloodlines (loose)

There was a city wide garage sale today, which turned out to be extremely depressing. over 50 sales in the course of 2 days, and not a thing to be found except a few overpriced PSX sports games =/

However, I did find some stuff at the thrift.

$12 total:

Genesis 2 w/ hook ups
Mickey Mania (complete)
Stargate (complete)
a handful of sports games
a handful of sonic games

Totally crapped out with garage sailing this week. All I got was:

X-men for Genesis (loose)- 1.00
a kirby figure from wendy's- .25

But I did stop at my gamestop and picked off what little decent Nes games they had left. I got:

Nes
Gunsmoke- $5.60
Breakthru- $2.10
Top Gun- $1.40
Top Gun 2- $1.40

Genesis
High Seas Havoc W/box- $1.40

Not TOO bad, I guess.

Yeah, I knew about that sale, but I passed it up...mostly on account of me having to work. Kinda surprised that you didn't find anything, though..it was kinda city wide.

Went to a couple garage sales and a flea market for the first time today. The garage sales and the flea market were pretty dry. However, I did manage to make my first flea market purchase today. Nothing special, but it will go down in history as my first.

First-party N64 controller (grey), with third party N64 Memory Card, and Tremor pak (For those unfamiliar with N64 stuff, that's a third party rumble pak).

^ all loose, $5.

Also, recieved in the mail today:

Max Payne manual (PS2)

Thanks for the deal, Krazy_kamino! :D

Very very happy day (and yes I know the games I bought are not great, but I'm still happy at the potential)

Found 4 stand up arcade machine ( 2 RBI baseball, 1 birdie King and one Video Pinball)
One of the RBI games is in a Donkey Kong Unit, has the art around the screen but not the marquee. I really want to change it back to a Donkey Kong. I think the other RBI is in a pac-man unit and the pinball is kinda weird with the buttons on a box on the panel, $170 for all 4 delivered.

Can anybody point me in the a good direction on how to get started on restoring these things? A good website or books or anything?

:D :D :D I got a STARFOX SUPER WEEKEND COMPETION CART!!! :D :D :D

and a box full of other SNES games(I think around 20), with 2 SNES's(1 complete in box), and the mouse and a honey bee controller all for only $30 Canadian at a garage sale today. It was from an old lady who said it was her grandson's but he just got a GCN and didn't want his SNES anymore.

Best find for me in a very long time. I'm so happy now. :D
