I have been waiting for this. I just got Midway Arcade Treasures the other day for Xbox, so I want the second installment. Plus, it' s just $20 like the other one. When is Atari going to drop a next-gen compilation?

Do you think there's MAME code of some sort in these things? (Of course, I would expect them to have legally licensed it and everything.)

I was playing arcade treasures this morning. the interface sucks and the screen in small for the video clips, but DAMN IF IT ISN'T MY FAV GAMECUBE TITLE RIGHT NOW!
Anyway, I've been waiting years for a good A.P.B. emulation, so this title is super fresh. Gimme gimme gimme!!!

Mortal 'effin Kombat is what sold me. Finally, a possible arcade perfect translation of the arcade games: No censored gore, no altered fatalities... this is... MORTAL KOMBAT!!! *cue techno music* LOL
I couldn't resist that, sorry. What also gets me is A.P.B., a not too well known game that's hilarious, NARC, the origin of excessive video game violence, and Xybots, a true classic that, sadly, isn't that well known, AFAIK. The sad thing is that I don't have the original MAT... gah. Better make a trip to the local Best Buy later on.

NARC was designed by Eugene Jarvis, and yet I've never played it...
As for the MK trilogy... FINISH HIM!!! (couldn't resist saying that!)

be great to be able to play A.P.B., Guantlet 2, NARC and even Wizard of Woe (which I didn't know was theirs) in full arcade glory!

This looks awesome! STUN Runner alone warrants purchase for me :)
Too bad Blasteroids, Road Runner and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom aren't on it (Not to mention Tron and Discs of Tron). But other than Blasteroids, I imagine the licensing issues are too much of a hassle.
Cheers,

CYBERBALL !!!!!!!!!!
I was a Cyberball freak back in the day. Other than the occational loss to my best friend. Nobody beat me at my game. I won the Arizona tournament  I will be picking this game up when it comes out. Anybody have a release day for it yet?
