downfall

Well, I finally got everything cleaned and where it belongs, so I figured I'd shoot off a few pictures and post them. It's small, but it's my efforts over the whole 7 or so months that I've been collecting. Anyway, here goes:

Standing in the hallway looking into the room o' doom. Best shot I can get looking into the room.

Left hand side of the game wall. Contra poster is on the closet door, which is full of stuff that I need to get rid of that has absolutely nothing to do with video games. Bookshelf.. top two shelves get my latest displays and things. I switch 'em out whenever I get something new.
Next shelf is Gamecube and PS2 games. And my lone PS1 game, Symphony of the Night.
Bottom two shelves are Magazines, books, posters, etc. That's going to have to expand sometime though, because they're about full.

Consoles and monitor. I love having the Commodore monitor ($3.00 at goodwill :D )to just plug and play whatever I want (except my Genesis and Intv, but they don't get nearly as much play as everything else) If I want to play something else, I just take it in the living room and put it on the big tv. That's where the PS2 and Gamecube are missing at in this photo. They sit on the top shelf. Under the bottom of the thing are controllers, plugs, cords, and other accessories. Pretty packed under there.

Top of the other bookshelf. Top two shelves are packed full of boxes, board games, and more boxes. Also have my little memorabilia collection on the shelf too since the boxes generally just stay in there. Notice my lone import - Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 for N64 about halfway down on the left. White box. Mostly just SNES and N64 boxes, with a few NES mixed about.

Next two shelves. Bulk of my games. N64, SNES, and Intellivision all across the back of the shelf. In front are Genesis, and a few other Intv games (couple of sealed ones), along with my Boxed NES Star Wars. Mostly my latest finds in the front. Also a few Gameboy and GBA games laying there as well. Next shelf is most of the NES stuff. Also have full sets of Zap Pax and the Topps Nintendo sticker cards there. Haven't gotten them into a binder yet.

Rest of the NES stuff, and then a bunch of spare systems and parts. Also have checklists in those binders on the right.
Pretty simple, and pretty small. I didn't take pictures of the other side of the room, although it has my PC and all that fun stuff, along with my XM, and my tradebait file cabinet. I don't have a lot of space to begin with, so it's nice having a moderately small collection anyway, but I'm still working on it. Gotta start somewhere!
