For those playing, what unique items have you found? Do you keep/use them or sell 'em off? Which are the coolest?
My list so far (lvl 17 Shadow Knight):

Abrams Axe of Stoic
Ashenbone Axe
Ice Flame
Crystal Chitin Shield (x2)
Sacrificial Dagger (x2, in Mummy's Temple)
Sages Earrings (x2) & Sages Ring

I also had an Efreet Staff, w/ both ends burning, but left it outside the shop in Act 2. :(

Post the item stats/effects if you want!

I sell stuff off because I don't want to carry stuff around. I'm playing a cleric. The Holy Hammer is absurdly useful. I think I'm level 27 or so. Can't wait to play tonite- unless I spend my time eBaying stuff.

Off the top of my head:
Sheild of Hate
Bull Smasher

I've dispenced of most of the stuff that was for other classes, which has some cool names. I used the Bull Smasher for a while until I had some similar stuff that did much more damage.

I got the Shield of Horrors, too- but it weighs 20 lbs- too heavy right now.

'Smatter, no one else plays this or keeps uniques? :hmm:

You can find a unique item list at GameFaqs.com (I don't know if it's complete or not). Personally I've found that regular items, when combined with enhancers, are better than many uniques. Most good uniques have, say, +30 to an attribute or +40 to health/mana, but using enhancers you can get +45 or +95, respectively, instead. This is not to say uniques are useless, but often you can do just as well by taking a really good regular item and improving it. By level 25 or so you start getting level 50 uniques, so I usually want to save my best enhancers for those items. Probably the best armor in the game is the Myrmidon set (245 armor and 3 slots) and the Darkscale set (300 armor, +15% disease resistance, and 2 slots). For weapons, you are often better off getting a regular high damage weapon (which are even rarer than uniques, and with more damage) and then adding enhancers to it. One good early game unique weapon is Ice Flame, which is a sword that does both fire and cold damage. One high level weapon I've found is the Cudgel of Cowardly Death, which gives an amazing +105 to health, which is even better than using an enhancer.

Thanks for the reply, Cantaloup. That's what I like to see!

That's about the 5th time someone's referred me to/mentioned gamefaqs to me. I saw it THERE, which prompted me to bring it up HERE, as I didn't see anything about it.

Don't we want more traffic?
