I found the GTA Manual ages ago and it had the most amazing Engrish ever. And now it is missing. Can anyone help me find a copy on the net? I'd appreciate it muchly.
Great excerpts:
RELEVANT CRAZY WARNING
RELEVANT AGAIN AND AGAIN LABOR THE EXCESSIVE WARNING
ANNOUNCEMENTS CONCERNING BATTERY WITH WARN
IF YOU ARE PLAYING GAME OVER THE ONE-HOUR THEN LOOK TOWARD YOUR HAIR AND PREPARE FOR THE LONG MARCH.
Thx.

I *love* bad english. These 2 pages had me on the floor for 10 minutes. Chinese-style broken english is the ABSOLUTE worst, this is some AMAZING shit.

No, at least mine didn't. These adapters are easy to find though, almost every famiclone comes with one.

I've tried 3 adapters on my GTA and can't get any one to work. O_O

Hmm... Are you sure you have it the right way around?
Try turning the adapter and cart around to see if it helps. If I remember correctly, the bevelled side of the adapter should be facing towards you and the cart label should be facing outwards. Can't really think of anything else.

If you put the adapter in the wrong way the game screen will be flipped across the horizontal. I know, because I once put my Karateka disk in backwards and it played upside down!
Damn kids and their video programs.

HK Clone companies are not consistent-- you can buy the same clone as someone else and end up with, say, a different multicart. Or none at all. Or video jacks with different colors .. most of them just don't care as long as some poor sap buys their crap. :P That said there are some REALLY GOOD clone companies who even acknowledge that the system is indeed a Famicom compatible machine and
1. Not from the real manufacturer
2. Not A 72-PIN XBOX OMG OMG OMG.
I've got my nes games to play just fine on my game theory admiral. And this dude got them working too:

I have a 72-60 pin Brazilian adapter *with* case and it works great...never had a problem...
