Damn. How much is this worth? How much do you think it will end at? I know the 2000 and 2700 is rare but I never heard of the 2800.

I paid $250 for mine. Unboxed. Although I never hooked it up it is a real cool conversation piece.

It's basically the same as the Sears Video Arcade II system (except for being PAL).

Please correct me if I'm wrong but since when did PAL become standard in Japan?

Nope, France. Japan has NTSC.

If I understand correctly Japanese systems are NTSC but they are tuned to different channels then we have in the US so they don't work right on a US television. Sometimes you can kinda get them to work but they might as well be PAL or SECAM.
