Variation Question: Ninja Five-O / Ninja Soldier

Looking for "Ninja Five-O" recently, I decided to check Half.com as you can sometimes get a good deal there. I couldn't find it in its databank. So I just search for "ninja" on GBA. Mainly Power Rangers and TMNT, so I focus that out. I don't see Five-O but I do see "Ninja Soldier" by Konami. I follow through the link and discover IT'S THE SAME GAME! The screenshots are the same or nearly identical, meaning Konami either changed the game's name when it arrived here at the last minute, someone online goofed, or we have two releases of the same game under two different names.

Anybody want to help me out on this one? :eek 2:

I'm guessing it was a goof, although, it was called Ninja Cop in Japan.
