And I'm not a hardcore collector for the SMS but it seems to me the SMS games sell under their 'value' often on ebay in the US, save for certain Euro titles that people are interested in importing.

Dunno, I bought it in a huge lot and didn't even notice it until I went to test them. But its just what it says. The cartridge shell is missing (ie PCB only) though it still works.
