Problem installing New 72 Pin Connector for NES

Hi,
i disassembled my NES and popped out the old pin connector. I mixed the two connectors up and i think i figured out which is which. The so-called new one is extremely tight, but the screw holes have been sealed together so you can't screw anything in. The so-called old one is loose but has screws. And now, i'm confused how to put it back together. PLEASE HELP :angry:

New pin connectors are pretty tight (as far as I know). I've had one and it certainly has that grip of death thing going for it. There's a big thread all about new pin connectors right here (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20849).
