I recently purchased this Dreamcast lot from this lady. Well it came today and there were a few problems with it.
1) Most of the games were not in "like new" condition, rather more in the poor - good range.
2) 3 of the games didn't even work. Ironically, the 3 I wanted to play the most (Sonic 2, DOA2, Rayman 2) I obviously haven't had time to play them all through to see if they work 100% yet though.
3) I paid for insurance but got none. Not a terribly big deal as it was only $2, but still, I paid for it.
I emailed the lady (who is very nice, by the way) and she got back to me fairly quickly and apologized. She asked how we should remedy the situation and offered to look for replacements for the defective games. This would be ideal, however it does not make up for the deplorable condition of hte rest of the games.
What do you think? Ask for a partial refund and drop it? Or ask for replacment games and forget about the conditions?
Any suggestions would help :)
