Today I just picked up Championship Rally for NES today. As usual, I went to check it's rarity ranking.
I found on the list the closest game to it is "World Rally Championship". I figure it must be the same game, as Championship Rally is made by HAL and "World Rally Championship" is also listed as being made by HAL. I figured the name variation is due to the fact I have the PAL version. It's unlikely HAL would produce two rally games with almost identical names.
Anyway.
What I found interesting was that it is classified under "Rumour Mill".
So, yeah - the game certainly exists in PAL form, so if anyone wants to update the list?
