Looks real to me. The blue text emerging from Mr. Papaya's crotch says something like "Dance for health! Play by using your body!" That's about all the useful text I can make out. Heh.

I believe this is an actual Pico item. Besides, who'd be crazy enough to build a homemade dance pad game for the Pico and make a mock-up box, AND sell it at a reasonable price on Yahoo Japan?

I never thought I'd have a reason to want a Pico. That's just awesome.
I wonder how well those wristbands work though. Probably not too well on a full grown man (though they might still work for me! LOL )
