Is there any way to identify the NTSC Motorodeo from the PAL simply by looking on the label ? Shouldn't all the PAL red label game have a little "P" on it to say they are PAL ?
I can't test my cart, i don't have a 2600 anymore.

I've heard some PAL carts don't have a "P" sticker on them. The only way you're gonna test it is to get a 2600. If it's NTSC, then you have one of the rarest carts ever made for the 2600.

Testing will only gave me the real answer. Still, the cart scan on Atari Age is exactly like the one i have here.
