It's a developmental GCN (Obviously). It's cheap for developers to use for some reason, I don't remember it though. If you look through digdug's prototype sale thread, the answer is posted somewhere.

That's pretty cool. I've recently seen this one on a dvd from a Dutch game magazine. They gave a tour around the office and showed some cool stuff including this machine. They said they play the preview versions of some games on it. They also had a similar PS1 machine... also blue, which is region free and even plays copied games and is an official Sony product.

ah yes the playstation debugging kit, a couple members own it here, hell I bought one off a member a couple of months ago, although it does so much I'm weary of putting it to daily use...so it sits there.

Ddefinitely not the Playstation Debugging Kit, as its a Gamecube NR reader.
