Well, I posted a couple a months ago that I was a finalist in a contest "If you were to change the gaming world" and that I was videotaped in San Fransisco with my wife letting Microsoft know my opinions. Well, today I got a letter in the mail(with some games and controller), that had a link to show the final video. The video was shown at the GDC and was I guess used as a springboard to showcase Microsoft XNA. It is not what I thought it would be, but I feel very lucky nevertheless to be a part of it. The website to see the video is www.microsoft.com/xna. I am only in it a brief momment, but again I tried to represent this site as a hardcore gamer/collector. With E3 coming up, we have alot of interesting news coming down the pipeline with upcoming games and new gadgets. Lets hope that our voice will always be heard, after all.....it will be the hardcore gamers that will keep on buying the games once the trend of collecting is over with......

XNA is all about reducing costs, which will give developers more room to work in. Even if that doesn't equate to cheaper games for the end user, it should mean better, possibly more approachable games...should help draw in casual gamers.
