I finally found info on how to do it!
Hold "back", and "start" together for 5 seconds.
I can finally reset Halo without getting up, yay!
For those that don't know, and for future reference, you can also "full screen" the little voice synthesizer that does those freaky colors when you play music, just hit "Y" then "X".
