Sonic Adventure Limited Edition

I just found a copy of Sonic Adventure Limited Edition at a local yard sale for $1 (YAY!). anyway my question is that it doesn't have a case to it. Did this game come with a case? the person I bought it from said that he bought it without a case. Also if it does have a case for it does anybody have a case they want to sell? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

IIRC they were originallly kiosk samples. they came in complete packages but most of the store managers (or whoever sets up the kiosks) tossed the cases
