Looks like that's mostly retail prices, but you have to admit this is a wicked setup (http://www.penny-arcade.com/redir.php?url=http://www.penny-arcade.com/pax/contest).

As for "What's PAX?" - it's the Penny Arcade Expo, check it out (http://www.penny-arcade.com/pax/).

Good stuff.

Ha ha ha, I thought you meant PAX TV. I was mighty confused, as you can imagine. ;-)

I thought the same thing btw. A lot of import stuff in that lot - at least it looks that way.

Wow, an expo I might actually be able to make it to. :P If it's a raffle or something instead of a Halo competition or something I'd have no shot at winning, I'd definitely go just for the chance (two chances with my boyfriend ;) ) to win. I think I can manage to get myself from Tacoma to Bellevue. :P

My friend sent me the info on this the other day, looked like a pretty nice lot to win.

Im sorry, but if that lot is worth 15,000 dollars, then my collectiong must be worth over a hundred Gs...which it isn't. Still, pretty nice, and It's somewhat local to UW.

What are those systems on the bottom shelf?

What are those systems on the bottom shelf?

The box on the left is full of loose GBA games. I can't figure out the one in the center, although it looks like it has a clear GBA game inside it, in the upper right. The black thing on the right, I have no idea whatsoever. Perhaps a carrying case of some sort?

Anyone else think this could be one of their actual collections? It all looks like it was carefully cultivated by someone who knows their stuff.

The thing in the center is a WonderSwan. Specifically, it would seem to be the limited edition Chocobo edition. I have the Chocobo game that is packaged with the system, if I remember correctly its of the black and white variety... this leads me to assume the packaged system id in all probability a black and white wonderswan system.

That set-up looks QUITE sweet... too bad it's so close to CGE, otherwise I might be able to make it. But since CGE is so close to me this year, maybe I could talk to the powers that be (my mom) and see... :D

At first I thought to myself "wow - that'd be sweet" ... and then it dawned on me that I'd have to put that stuff somewhere and the idea of winning it becomes ... less satisfactory.

(I like being married, thank you very much! :D )

Oh, thank God. LOL

Sorry, Penny Arcade, but when someone says "PAX", I think of the Christian owned TV network that I don't watch.
