Or is there a mirror online somewhere? I really really REALLY really need this for E3, I'm going to be haunting the Phantom for most of the show.

They didn't have developers so much as they had companies willing to license their back catalog of PC games, as I recall.

I believe Riverdeep was one, and I remember Capcom being on the list as well. I also remember them retracting their list just a few days after release though too, so those companies may not ACTUALLY be developing games.
On a side note, I just checked out their web page for kicks. Their latest slogan is classic

It looks like they're going to (try to) build hype for their crapware at E3. My guess is that they'll only have a few crappy ports of some PC shovelware. LOL
