I bought 9 NES Games from them the other day...

I snatched up all of the good deals on the Complete games.

I recieved my order today..

...and not only did none of the games I recieved were complete (only one with instructions), I only recieved FOUR OF THE NINE GAMES I ORDERED

I check my order, and the just changed the description of the games I ordered from 'complete' to 'no box, no case, no manual.' All of this without even informing me that they didnt have the games I ordered, and the ones they did, they didnt have them in the condition in that I ordered.

This really pisses me off, and it takes a lot to piss me off

Did you pay by credit card? If so,refute the payment. Same with paypal.

I was a little leary of all of their ebay auctions, though they seemed to have a few good deals on their site.

Anyway, report them to the BBB Hopefully this doesn't become another buyrite, and if it does, people will have been warned.

Shifting this to the video game forum, since there really is nothing for sale/trade in this post.

I've ordered from them a few times before and this happened to me once. They are very nice about refunding/giving credit when you use their live support or email them. You can also specify that you only want a complete version of the game on your order in the notes section. I realize you shouldn't have to do that but it seems to do the trick. Their prices are good and the rest of the games I've gotten from them have been in great shape.

I had similar problems when the website first opened, I purchased a ton of games that were 1, cheap and 2, complete. Next thing you know most of them were out of stock and none of them were complete. And then the prices shot up :(

The real store (you know, those places you drive to? ;) ) on the other hand is a very nice place. Decent prices, tons of anime to rent, games for many systems.

I've never dealt with them but I can't imagine that there as bad as Buyrite. Or anyone can be as bad as Buyrite.
