OK, so I was at work chattin' up the co-workers, and the subject of games pops up. I mention that I dabble in collecting, and one of the guys pipes up with "Video Games, Hell, I got a bag full of that old video game crap if you want it". I say yes, and sure enough, the next day he brings in this stuff....

So, what do you guys think? I've never had (or played) an intellivision before, so I don't know anything about this system.

I appreciate your input.

Not bad, man. Anything you can get for free or even really cheap is always worth it...

Killer score man! @_@
Just goes to show you that if you ask enough people you can get great stuff!
I love the fact that you got all the overlays with those games.
That system should clean up well and is worth playing to get introduced to the system.
If you end up not liking it, you can always trade for stuff you want :)

Congrats

thats pretty sweet. I went to 4 garage sales today and asked if they had video games stuff, 2 said no, 1 said only new stuff, and one said they have the old sega and nintendo but they still play it. Did you get nes games? Or just the boxes and manuals?

You lucky little...!
Er, I mean, congratulations. Sure wish I still had my Intellivision. I let a friend hold on to it when I moved to Illinois and I never got it back.

That dosen't happen everyday. I need to start talking to older co-workers and see if I can score some free old games.

Very nice.

Alot of people always ask "where the hell do you get this stuff?", and ehall just showed the best way. Let everyone know you play alot of games, and ask everyone if they have any :D

To me, that's an extremely good find as INTVs and boxed NES games are extremely rare to find in my area.
