Okay, I won the auction Mar-06-04. I thought I bought a money order and sent it to the person with in a few days but he said he didnt receive it. I asked if he was sure and I hope he isnt trying to rip me off. He said, Im sure, I wouldnt try to rip you off. Im actually not quite sure if I did really send it so then I send payment. About 3 days later or so he said he recieved it and will send item on thursday. (this is about March 14th or so) So I wait about a week after the thursday but never get the package. I email him asking if he sent it. No reply. I ask again a few days later. No reply. Now its mid april, I ask again. No reply. About April 25th or so I tell him to reply or send item or I will file Then May 1st I file a squaretrade report stating I never recieved item and that I want a refund or the item. I email the guy again and no reply. now its may 8th. Im still where I started. Is there a way I can get his phone number? This sucks, especially since I lost 30 bucks at school 2 weeks ago. Thats $65 bucks down.
