Looking for a particular ROM? Let us know! We've got our crack team of ROM searchers on standby. These guys are like bloodhounds except they're people and they don't use their noses and they rarely lick themselves in social situations ... oh heck, you get the idea.

You need it? We'll find it!

You're not related to Morgan Webb-b-b-b on TechTV, are you? Man, I hope not.
Anyway, you may be able to find what you need on www.planetemu.net. It's a good, comprehensive ROM site... its only flaw is that you have to wait five minutes between downloads.

I'm looking for Space Slalom for the SG-1000. I can't seem to find this anywhere, and I KNOW it's been dumped.

My interest in this game has been piqued by the fact that one has been listed/re-listed on Yahoo Japan for 75000Yen ($750!) repeatedly for the longest time.

Turrican. Commodore 64. Make it happen. Pwease? :)

(Note: I also wanna play Turrican on the Amiga, but I can figure out how to work this damned emulator... so I'm only looking for the C64 version for now.)

Time to experience harmonious greatness. Later, I'll ask how to get that effin' WinUAE emulator to work... but this'll do for now. Thanks. :)

Centipede
Vanguard
Crystal Castles
Spy Hunter
Tapper
Journey (do I need Samples for this one?)
Crossbow

Help a Bruddah out? :embarrassed:

Okay, I'm still on a huge Turrican kick, so I'm going to ask for the rom of Turrican for the Amiga. However, I'm asking if you can make it a rom that has been proven to be in working condition. As I mentioned in another thread, I think the one I have is faulty. If you have a rom that has allowed you to get to World 3, then can I please check it out? Thanks. :)

Try Google man. There are links everywhere for that game.

If you guys could let me know when you're done downloading that would be great so I could free up some drive space.

Also, if you're looking for MAME roms, it might be easier if you list the zip file needed so I will know the exact version you are looking for.

Thanks Flack! Working on getting them now... should be done soon.

I wish I knew which zip files I had needed. Unfortunately I didn't.

Okay, I've looked all over the place for this one, and I have yet to find it:

Kirby's Dreamland 3 (SNES)

Any ideas?

Also looking for both Dragon Spirit and Dragon Saber (mame, doesn't matter which versions).

I think this is what you're looking for is available at http://edgeemu.com.
Go to roms, and search under SNES.

Edgeemu is probably something you want to avoid. You'll find an endless barrage of popup ads, at every step of the way.

You're better off trying planetemu.net or playagain.net, if you're going the Internet route. Of course, there's also P2P, DC+, Bit Torrents, and newsgroups. so there are plenty of resources to choose from.

playagin.net never seems to work for me. I find the rom I want, I go to download it, and then I'm back at the main page. I don't get it - do I need to sign up or something?

Hi, can you please find the following Colecovision Roms? I have the actual carts that I bought at a few of the Classic Gaming Shows, but I'd love to have ROM versions to use on my emulation PC. Here is the List.

Lord of the Dungeon. (I have the original and manual that I bought off Sean Kelly at Philly Classic 3. ITs not original as in the original release, but as in the re-release from Sean.)

Space Invaders Collection ( I picked that up at the ECGX 1).

Yie Ar Kung Fu
Sky Jaguar Got both of these over the summer. May have been from Atari Age.

Not really a Rom request but is it possible to burn a copy of a Japanese MegaCD game and change the bios setting to play on a NTSC US SegaCD? I have a few Jpn MegaCD games I'd liek to play without getting the Jpn hardware.

http://www.planetemu.net

The site is in french and imposes a small delay between downloading ROMs, but it is organized, fast, relatively ad-free (there are popups but even the IE blocker catches them all), and seriously complete. It has complete sets of almost every ROM based system, arcade, and computer. Just click on the system you want along the right side, then in the middle toward the bottom will be a roms section.

Enjoy!

PS: Why has this topic from May been brought back from the dead? DOH
