pce.ini file

I have this friend looking for a file for the Magic Engine emulator known as the pce.ini file. I'm not precisely sure as to what it does, but I think it might help in playing PC-Engine CD's on your computer. I can't find the file, can anyone else?

I'm kind of confused. pce.ini is the INI file that Magic Engine uses. The file comes with the installation package.

Yeah, the file is simply a settings file that comes with ME as Flack stated. It contains options for the emulator...such as cd drive selection, sound frequency..etc.
