That has got to be one of the greatest collector's items I have ever seen in my entire life. It's the ultimate conversation piece. You can have all the awesome protos sitting around your house you want, but try keeping small talk going about 'em. Invite anyone into your pad at all, and eventually they're going to mention the seven-foot game boy in the corner.
If shipping wasn't halfway across the country, I'd max out on like $250 or $300 and seriously try to buy that thing.

I figured it was in Colorado before I clicked. The Denver TV stations did a story on this thing a while ago. Really tempting, even though when I move back east I'd have to make a trip with just that thing!

i'm thinking that thing is somehow a super-gameboy-like rig.....yet, i know i played one of those in a toys r us somewhere in wisconsin once! the rig i played was black and white though and featured Kirby's Dream Land....

I wonder if you can take the gameboy cart out of the back?
That would make it even cooler.

That looks so awesome. I like the detail. Especially that giant Tetris cart in the back.

Winning bid: US $761.99
I got put out around $500. Player "I cry when people tell me I paid too much" 2 was outbidding me but "qadaffi" came in and stole it.
Ah well. I didn't wanna drive 20 hours anyway. 8-)
