My guess is that he doesn't actually have a camera. He just holds up his scanner with the lid open and presses the button.

Ok, for the record....check his other auctions if you haven't. Their all bad. Second, the game in the pic is Fatal Fury. You can just barely make out the guys shirt and font. He used this pic twice. I bid, but I e-mailed to make sure it was complete and it actually was Fighters History. It's worth a chance if I can get it cheap. ;)
