Japanese GBA Ice Climber have seal clubbing in it?

Now that I finally pre-ordered my NES style GBA, I'm gonna get a few of the classic re-re-releases. Probably Zelda and Xevious. I'm not sure about Ice Climber though. I assume this version of Ice Climber will be censored like the NES version was (without the baby seal clubbing). Does anyone know if the Japanese GBA release of Ice Climber has the seal clubbing in it? If so, I'd rather get that version instead.

And while you're at it, how bout that figgin' pie factory level in Donkey Kong. If they actually release the "Classic" NES version of Donkey Kong, I think they'd be releasing a rather inferior product. The level order is also skewed in the NES version. Did they fix that too?
