MegaDrive 6 in 1 Games joystick....and others???

Last week I gave you groundbreaking news about the upcoming C-64 joystick with built in games.

Today I read the news about the Sega MegaDrive 6 in 1 Joystick (Source: UK micro mart issue 800 May 20th 2004).

According to MM, games included will be Sonic and Golden Axe and it will be for sale at Christmas for £29.99, probably $29.99 for you USA'ers.

In the same article: Other multi-Joysticks in the future will be a Taito arcade compilation and a LucasArts (film?) compilation stick (Maybe Atari 8-bit classics eg Ballblazer, Rescue on Fractalus, The Eidolon, Koronis Rift...this is a guess)

Wicked. I wonder if there'll be Genesis hardware in that joystick?

I'm not too excited about the LucasFilm Games joystick, though. Here's what will REALLY be on it...

Meanwhile, a second-hand Megadrive with a bunch of games can be bought at any car-boot sale for around £5-£10. ;)

I'm guessing that the 6 games included will just be the same as one of the MegaGames comps aswell.
