This guy will offer you a bunch of money to end an auction but he needs the item ASAP (in my case for his sons bday) and wants you to send it out right away. He told me he was having truble setting up a paypal account so if I would send he would send the funds when everything was all set up... I told him to use Westernunion.com and he still tried to get ne toi send first.

I really don't think people will fall for this but I just want to put it out there... naybe even e-mail him to let him know he is a scamer... or maybe write a letter in the hope that his parents will get it (if he is young)....

Jesus, aside from you being my lord and savior and stuff, is there a reason you bumped this very old thread?

My reaction:

1) He gyps people out of their money, ruining auctions for those who are willing to pay good money? Someone should pay him a visit...

2) He's an AOL user? PAY HIM A VISIT IMMEDIATELY! LOL

3) Simple motto to adopt in order to avoid being scammed like that again: "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"

Apparently Jesus is diversifying his business.

Are you serious? You realize this happened years ago...and...uh...Jesus forgives, not investigates.

Perhaps he has committed crimes since then?
