I know it´s not an original post, but i want to know if i´m the unique that played strange games, very strange games (here in Argentina, it´s very common). An example of what i played is...
- Truco Argentino (An argentinian card game) - Arcade
- Somari (A fusion of Mario & Sonic) - Famicom
- Out run 3D (it´s not pirate, but it´s rare, i think) - Master System
- Tekken vs. Virtua Fighter (sucks) - Arcade
- Gauntlet legends (with pink enemies, i think it´s a gay version) - Arcade
- Winning Eleven 2000 (With Argentinian soccer teams) - Playstation
And a lot more, but you know them at the moment you comment something or post something...
Thanks and bye!!!

You can play all kinds of rare and obscure games thanks to the power of emulation... but the rarest games I've played on actual hardware were my two copies of Chase the Chuckwagon (long since traded off) and that boxing game on the APF-1000 Imagination system.

Ok, you can play lots of obscure games thanks to the emulation, but it´s more fun if you play it on a system.

Well, I've played quite a few rare games, as well as games that are considered rare but aren't.
I'd say the rarest ones I've played are (all originals...I don't emulate):
Eliminate Down (Mega Drive)
Alien Soldier (Mega Drive)
Panzer Dragoon Saga (Saturn..US)
Sylphia (PC Engine)
Dungeon Explorer 2 (Turbo Duo)
Steam Hearts (Duo..horrid game)
Out of those, I'm not sure what is the rarest one :) Probably Eliminate Down.

Hm. Good question.
Does playing the coin-op Computer Space qualify? If not, then I guess playing Atari 2600 Video Life (approximately 20 produced) is my choice.

Chrono Trigger - SNES
Scooby Doo Mystery - Genesis
Robin Hood - ColecoVision
Congo Bongo - Intellivision

I've played alot of rare games simply for the fact that I went to the gaming museam in Saint Louis when it had that rare fair deal going on (RIP good ole' arcade museam). I think that is excluding all those neat games there.
Panzer Dragoon Saga (Saturn)
Street Fighter 2 with Mode 5 chip (Arcade)*
Heartburn Ms. Pacman (Arcade)**
Well, that's all I can think of. Very very interesting...
*Used to be close to by where I lived. From what I hear they sold the machine for 10k chucks. Wow, must have been a rare game.
**Heartburn Ms.Pacman was an interesting mod for the classic arcade game. It was Ms. Pacman except the walls was the intestine tracks, you a simple ball of fire and the ghosts were antiacids like an bottle of antiacid or a pill of antiacid. The fruits on the other hand were still food but things that give you heartburn like pizza. Haha! Great times!

I also played Street Fighter Gold (an street fighter very strange which changes the characters automatically), i played it in Arcade.
I never played Computer Space Joe, because you´ll never find it here in Argentina.

A version of Combat for the 2600 hand signed by some kid named BiLLy. It is just a label variation, but I am the only one that has it. I also have a copy of Asteroids for the 2600 with a "Property of " sticker on it. I think that one is more common.

Well, i see that there are a lot of strange games, one of the reasons is that anyone have played a game that i mention or other mention (except for Kaine23 who have played Somari)
Today i see a lot of Dynacom carts (Brazilian 2600 games), i know that in U.S.A. are very difficult to find

For me, the rarest is probably Defender for the Entex Adventurevision. Played it for all of one minute at Cinciclassic back in... 1998 was it? Not too impressed, I must say.
I also got to play 3-D Mine Storm using a bona fide Vectrex 3-D Imager then. What a day!
