Theres a small story that goes with this so bear with me.
To get my anthropology degree I needed to get a portofolio turned in that included a cover letter, letter of intent, resume, and a bunch of other horse dookie. Anyways, it was Due by 5/25(tuesday) or i'd not pass the class and not get my anthro degree. So i spent ALL of 5/24 (monday) and I pulled my first all nighter (on my last day of college) to complete the portfolio before I had to go to work on tuesday. I got done at 6:30 am (20 and 1/2 hours awake by this point) which left me enough time to go take a shower, so I can get to work before 8am. After I get the new releases out, I rush back to my apartment so I can turn in the portfolio before the office closes for lunch.
I arrive to see that the office wont open until 12 (3 hours later than usual) and its only 10 am. Luckily the Dept head is in the office and she gets my paper to my professors box. I go back to work and am there from 11-5 when I finally leave for home.
Traffic is so bad on the freeway that I jump off to take city streets back home. On Stevens Creek bvld. is the big GameStop for the San Jose area, and i stop in to see if I can find anything to nurse the almost 31 hours that I had been awake for at the time blues. Digging through the PSOne games I do find a minty copy of Persona and that right there makes my day. I swing through the PS2 games and decided on La Pulce Tactics as an extra treat. Head towards the counter when I saw that they dropped the price of Maximo Vs. Army Of Zin to 29. I go to look for a used copy when I find this.

Sorry for the fuzzy pic, BUT yes those are some neeto atuographs on there, including Mark Rodgers Capcom's VP of marketing and his Development team who helped bring the game to the US. (Thanks to Portnoyd for help hosting image and identifying Mark's autorgaph) Even better was the fact that the game only cost me 24 not 34 (remember the price drop Maximo had) and added to that was 20% off by getting the GI card and then using the coupon from the magazine. I was a bit weary about the autograph at first, but I know someone who works for Capcom USA (just a dozen miles or so from this GameStop) and I figured I could ask him, as he works with all the important people there, and would know what was up.
So despite the fact that I havnt slept in over 36 hours, and made a leap that it was a legit autograph, this has restored my sometwhat shaky faith that good things can be found at GameStops and Electronic Boutiques and they arnt complete rip-offs, and not everything worth noting is swiped by the employees.
What started off as a bad day ended as a great one.
