Is it safe to assume that there will be NTSC/PAL issues if I bid on this and bring it to the US?

Yup, its is a PAL machine - but there are ways to run PAL systems in the states I'm sure (any suggestions?). As for using it to play games apparently Yaroze's play all region games (though I never used mine to play games on so can't confirm 100%).

Sure there are plenty of more knowledgeable people (on this subject at least :P) on this board.

Or you could just buy it to put on display cos it's so purty :D

What kind of power adaptor is it using? european voltage or American?
