Different Metroid Cover/Sticker Art

I have noticed a eBay listing that has a Metroid game included. However it is not the usual black and silver label that has the usual in game graphics artwork. This sticker is very bright yellow and features Samus in a crouching position facing forward, like a drawing. Has anyone seen this different art before?

This is the origin of the original idea's for the million seller series that every console does.

The bright yellow Metroid label was a re-release from the early 90's under a new line Nintendo called "The Classic Series" Others were put out under this line including Zelda & Zelda II but Metroid was the only one with a lable change.

Does that make it more rare/worth more? Did they make any changes to the game itself, like using battery back-up instead of that huge password save system?

No changes to the game. It's a little harder to find, but not significantly.
