I've been looking for Chrono Trigger for the SNES for a couple of weeks now but I only seem to see unboxed versions going for crazy money! How much should I pay for a boxed version??

It goes for $60-100 complete on Ebay depending on the condition.

Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $85 for a complete copy. Sometimes you can BIN one at that price.

That's about right. Man, so glad I've got it complete now ;)
I managed to pick one up at a pawn shop with everything but the map for a whopping $8 ... i was happy.

Out of all the SNES games I bought brand new back in the day, the Chrono Trigger box was the only box I didn't throw away, and I'm sure glad I didn't. I only kept it because of my sheer love for the game, but now I obviously keep all boxes for collector's reasons. It still doesn't take away the sting of throwing out the boxes for Lufia 2, Super Mario RPG, all three DKC games, and many, many more, though... :(

You can probably get one with the box or with the instructions for less than $50 each. I have a couple of extra manuals I need to sell but they are either missing the covers or the cover is loose. I had a hard time getting one with the box though.
