(At least 20 at the time of my posting this)

Wow... I would porbably have a heart attack if I found30 new copies of this game for cheap. I bet this guy's going to sell them all pretty fast, too.

why wouldnt he just charge like 90 bucks each? Still a good deal and he would have made a lot more money.

Damn, wish I had seen this this morning. :(

I would have bought one, maybe two, and given one to a friend and kept another. (Although I allready have a copy myself, got it when it came out)

i wonder how much he actually paid for the games, because if he only paid like $5 a game, then he made a lot of money of this auction

Wow, that's a shame. Looks like we got ourselves a nice little con man here.

Might me some sort of drop shipment deal, he places an order, after he receives enough payments, then the bidders start to receive the product.

He was selling dutch auctions of Metabolife, that's where all his negatives just popped up from. Supplier might of went under on him, or maybe he hadn't placed the order yet, trying to get enough payments still, who knows. Seems a shame he had great feedback mostly up until a couple days ago. :o

It might even be a similar deal with the Suiky 2's sometimes sellers are listing items that are in mail order catalogs of sorts, selling games that they "think" they can get, then have to cancel a bunch of orders after the fact cuz they find out it's out of stock.

Seems pretty strange how this guy just flakes out and starts ripping people off. Even if it was a drop shipment deal gone bad you'd think he would start refunding money or even replying to some of his negs. I wouldn't be surpised if his account was hijacked.

Yeah, if you look at her feedback, all of the negatives were for some Metabolife pills, which seems to be something that she never sold before (everything else was software and technology items). Sounds like hijacking to me.

I was one of the bidders on this auction and just received the following email from the seller.

"I am very sorry, someone was supose to drop ship this to you, but they never did. When I tried to contact them they never responded. You are not the only one this happened to. I am sorry for not responding to your emails I am very sorry"

She refunded my payment in full. I obviously would have rather had the games that I bought but at least she didn't just take the money and run.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of feedback would you guys leave this person?

They refunded your money but did the sale in a retarted way so Id say nutral, if your a nice person give a positive. The seller doesnt deserve a negative since you got your money back
