You know, I usually don't care for many First Person Shooters, save Redneck Rampage, Wolfenstein 3D, and Zero Tolerance, but this game is just addictive as hell. I got the DreamCast version from my friend Shags for free because it wouldn't work on his DreamCast. That was a few months ago, and I still play it like crazy. Now, I borrowed the PS2 version from my friend Funky, and I'm loving it.
Unreal Tourney rocks! :rocker:

UT2K4 for me. Haven't tried any of the older ones.
You're playing a UT game on the DC? With its single joystick? ouch!

Recently bought ut2k4 for pc but I'm not into it anymore. I just don't really find it that much fun after playing it for about 3 weeks. Probably gonna sell it off. The first game is still the best and the one I've had the most fun with.

Meh, it's easy once you get the feel for a DreamCast controller. It took me no time to get the controls down on the DC version.

You can just use the Mutator for UT2K4. Tried single player yet? UT2K4 is so much better than almost all other DM FPSes out there, really. It sure blows UT2K3 (which I bought as well but never seemed to play) out of the water.

I'm a die hard UT fanatic. I never really cared for FPS games until my boss in a job I had years ago had me try the demo that he downloaded over our work's LAN (We were the IT dept) The very first time I played it I was hooked. We both eventually picked up the full version the morning it was released. I played it for years until UT2003 came out. I never really got into it. I couldn't really put my finger on what was wrong with it but it just wasn't the same. I kind of assumed that it was because I was never a real FPS fan and I never really played it much. But then I started reading the positive reviews about UT2004 and I eventually broke down and picked it up. I'm glad to say that I'm hooked again. Its back to being the same fun game that the original was but with better graphics and sound effects. The best part of all of the UT games to me have been the fantastic mods and maps that are created by the fans. The game never really gets boring because there's always new maps to play. Oh, and you don't have to pay to play online like you do with console games. I highly recommend the game.
Oh, one more thing, I never really got into the Dreamcast port of the game because the graphics stunk in comparison withthe PC version and I couldn't justify playing it with a gamepad

Here's a Q:
Does UT2k4 have support for Immersion Touchsense mice (i.e. - tactile feedback mouse)? The original UT did and quite frankly it rocked to have the mouse shaking in tandem as you unloaded a clip into someone or fired off the stick of six fires - well, that was the original Unreal but you get the picture.

I'll check that out for ya soon as I get a chance, Calthaer, but I'm pretty sure it does. I'm quite sure there's a catchall "force feedback" option :P
