How on earth can you judge something to be exactly 97% mint??

Of course, 97% mint isn't quite good enough for me, so I think I'll have to go for this one instead. This one is 99% Mint. Check the difference. A whole 2% extra mintness!

Sadly they're also 98% crap games, so I might just not bid at all ..

Maybe it means that only 3% of the disk is horribly scratched. :D

Not to mention his auctions have surcharges even clearly states he does it.
I Accept paypal with 5% added to the Final total and International MO & Overseas Checks welcome with a Additional $7 bank fee on top, are the ones he mention I hate when people do this.

I've already given enough of my thoughts about the Paypal situation on another thread, but as for IMO and Overseas cheques - bear in mind that his bank will probably charge anything up to $25 for accepting an International Money Order or overseas cheque. Personally I hate it when people whinge about someone charging to cover (or even just to offset) the considerable costs of accepting these types payments.

OK, so I was the first to criticise him for his dubious titles .. but to give credit where due, $7 for accepting an international money order or cheque is extremely cheap and he probably loses money on it, so to complain about that is pretty dumb ...
