I know there is the regular version for $50, and I know there is a Deluxe edition for $90, but are there any preorder bonuses for getting either?
I've looked all over the web and can't seem to turn anything up, workingdesigns.com included.

The deluxe version gets a load of stuff (http://www.gamesarefun.com/news.php?newsid=701), though, so if you're worried about preorders you should probably go this way instead.
