What is a "neo fami"? like a famicom av?

Hey, i was thinking of getting a famicom AV, i saw this auction,

Is this the same as a famicom av?

Don't know what the Famicom AV is, but this is just a famicom-compatible system made by a third party. Interestingly the controllers have four buttons because they include rapid-fire and slow motion buttons.

looks nice, but is nothing more than a usual nes-clone, i would never pay more than $10 for something like this.
