I just got my new NES SP today and as soon as I busted it out of the box, I realized something was wrong with it...it's too small. The only GB I've ever played was one of those old clunky b&w ones, so I didn't think playing an SP would be a problem for me. The thing is I'm 6'8" and have giant gorilla paws for hands. It's pretty uncomfortable for me to play any kind of action game on this SP for more than 5 min without my hands starting to cramp. The thing is so tiny. Is there any kind of accessory out there that beefs up the SP so it'll feel more comfortable in my hairy mitts?

As a matter of fact there is something that can help. There is a addon that attaches to the bottom of the SP that allows you to have 3 carts plugged in at once and are selectable by a switch. That feature is very cool, but the other nice feature of this is that it "thickens" the SP and makes it more "hand friendly" in my opinion. I can't remember who makes it or what it is called off hand, can anybody elaborate?
EDIT: It's the Gamester Game Changer SP:

$10 is a good deal too!

GBA+Afterburner kit=relief for bigger hands
SP=WAY too many hand cramps.
And dont let anybody tell you that the Afterburner washes out the colors on the screen, that's a bunch of crap.

Actually that is NOT a bunch of crap.
The Afterburner kit does wash out the colors and so does the light on the SP. It's just a common problem with ANY front-lit unit. (The GP32 Flu has the same problem).
It's the way it is made with a light guide. The light guide does a good job of putting the light across the entire screen but it washes out the colors and causes a trapezoid effect across the scren.
A backlight is much better and that is why the DS and PSP will be Backlit. 8-)

I suggest that, although be warned, if you continually put it on and take it off, your SP will become scratched.
Oh, and if you do get it, NEVER NEVER NEVER removed a cartridge that you are't using while you're playing another game. Let's just say I lost 20 hours and all commitment to playing Zelda: ALttP :/

Ouch. Thanks for the tip, Querjek. But isn't there some kind of rubber grip out there for SP's that don't have anything to do with cart changing? I could have sworn I saw one but I'm not positive.

Yea I have seen these rubber grips. But it was only for the Gb Advance. They were in the bargain bin at Toys R Us last time I was there

Naki has a kit with a bunch of SP addons and one of them is something that clicks onto the gba sp and it feels like a gamecube controller. It's very comfy. It comes in platinum (well the kit i bought), and it matches my gbsp so I like that. though i wish I had a black sp.
also, i got my sp last year, and had the original gameboy bw one... my bf gave me a copy of dexters lab. for gameboy color... like the elevator action game... not so good though. what are some good gameboy color games out there? im not all the impressed with advanced games yet... the ones i own so far:
castlevania circle of the moon. too hard, i can't pass the first level
britney's dance beat. ha. fun for about a minute
mario kart (came with the SP which is why I was tempted to pick it up. like it a lot)
midway's greatest hits.. thought a 4 in 1 would be good, but i only liked joust.
mary kate and ashley olson girls night out. same as britney's dance beat.
pac man collection - got the most use out of this one, like it a lot
f-zero - finally found a used copy of this. loved the snes cube versions... my favorite racing game ever. this one was okay, but the levels all kinda look the same to me. still like it though.
my last game was mario and luigi superstar saga. thought i would love this game, but i couldnt get into it.
