I won this auction a week or so ago:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5900493906&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

I sent a money order last Tuesday and I was going to send the seller a message to see if the money order was received through the auction when I noticed that the user is no longer a registered user. I checked the seller's feedback to make sure there weren't any recent negatives since I won the auction, but I don't see anything wrong there. I am totally confused why this seller is no longer registered. I sent an email yesterday and I have not heard anything back. I am willing to wait a couple more days. Any ideas how I should handle this one?

even if they aren't a user anymore they still have a legal obligation to send you your item or your money back, if not you can contact the company that issued the money order and dispute the payment, this happened to my wife, she bought a ring that was 60 or so dollars, the seller didn't accept paypal so she sent a money order, the item was never sent so we refuted the claim. it took around 3 months but we got our money back. you can request the e-mail add and phone # of this person through E-Bay as well.

To my understanding, if a seller is late paying their selling fees, eBay will suspend (NARU) them until they are paid.

I sent a money order once but the seller said they never recieved it and he will just relist the item. I only have the slip that you tear off the money order, no reciet. On the back it says there is a 12 dollar fee to get it refunded. what can I do? ANything?

Basically, if he doesnt contact you or send your item, your probably good as fucked. Sorry man, I've been there, we all have. At least it was only 6 bucks!

I am not concerned about the money so much as not getting the game. Oh well I will just have to wait and see I guess.

The seller has almost perfect feedback. I think that you probably will get your item. The seller could be suspended for sometihing as simple as not updating his credit card that is on file to pay his ebay fees. He could have violated some of eBays listing rules. I wouldn't worry. You don't have that much money invested in it and the seller has great feedback.

Well I did finally hear from the seller this morning. Apparently the seller had lost his internet connection for the last 5 days. I was assured my game shipped yesterday.

Thanks for all the responses. I have never had a seller become NARU after I had won an auction. I did not know that a seller could be suspended so easily. Like mcgrail0007 said this seller had great feedback and I usually never bid on any auction when a seller has less than a 98% rating unless the feedback was unwarranted.
