I remember playing Witch Way as a kid on the Vic 20, but it is not on the rarity list. It was a sort of Donkey Kong type game where you had to jump over barral-like objects. It was a black cartridge. Sorry I don't have any more details, but it has been around 10 years since I played it.

Definitely a cart? Well I can't say I've heard of it myself... probably need more evidence and proof before I would add it to Rumour Mill. Can you even remember who made it?

All I remember was that it was the only non-Commadore cart that I had for the system. I seem to recall that the label font colour was blue. I did some research on usenet and found a tape version by Commercial. I wish I still had it, it was a good game, and I was quite disappointed that the rom wasn't around. I still distinctly remember the music in the game. Basically, the point of the game was to save this girl who was getting lowered into a cauldron, and the gameplay was similar to Donkey Kong.

Okay that's a start at least. There are several instances of games coming out on tape, but also having extremely limited cart releases after being licensed to another company (Tymac is a classic example here). I'll see if I can dig anything up about the company here...
