I know I said I wasn't going to do it, but I'm trying to get the entire GBA classic series. The only ones that I don't have now are BomberMan and Ice Climber. I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping that Nintendo will do some kind of special give-away for people that buy all 8 Classic Series games and register them, like they did for the Famicom Series. The thing is though I spent all my extra cash buying a NES SP and the 6 Classic Series games, so I probably won't pick up the Bomber Man and Ice Climber for a while now. Does anyone have registration numbers for either of these two games that they can spare? Like I said, I know Nintendo most likely won't be doing a special give away for the US, but I'd like to have all 8 registered just in case they do. I'll of course make it worth their while for anyone that helps me out.

I can't help you with spare pins, but i was wondering what everyones thoughts were about Nintendo doing something for those of us who registered all 8 games....do you think they will, like in Japan, or do you think we bought all 8 games just to have them

I don't know, but they might do something like what they did with the games that came around during the holiday season, where if you registered two of the games, you'd get the Zelda game. If you register tham, maybe you'll get a special GBA NES game. Anyway, I'm also curoius what they gave out for the Famicom Series.

I'd be soooo nice if Nintendo did something like this for registering the complete US series, but I doubt it....

...and here's a link for one that was up on Ebay. Pretty good deal considering that the seller even included all 10 sealed Famicom SP games in the auction too:

auction was pulled only after 10 minutes though. :hmm:

Grr.. Why don't we get this cool stuff here in the US?? Good lord, I have given so much money to Nintendo. They probably have my name on a prefered customer list somewhere. Where the hell is my limited edition set??

Heh, I've seen those are at a gamzone store near me, was wondering what they were in relation to. But why don't you just wait a little bit? They're only 40 bucks to pick up, and nintendo hasn't even started a give-away so what's the rush?

Don't count on it. I'd like them to prove me wrong for a change, but I'd also have liked a single cart NES Greatest Hits at a reasonable price. Or just put the damn cement factory level back in Donkey Kong. Or...

Everytime I see a picture of it I'm glad I ordered the Japanese version of Zelda. I'm not much of an import girl, but the packaging's sooo much nicer.

I don't think they would add the pins for no reason. they will be doing something.
Anyhow, I am leaving mine sealed, so, I will also need all 8 pins. I would be willing to buy them from somebody in the near future.

I thought all the new pins were just used to "unlock" stuff on Nintendo's website like wallpaper and pictures pertaining to that specific game.

Yeah, that seems to be what they've been doing by putting pins in the first-party titles. I'd like to think that Nintendo would surprise us, but hell, I don't even think Kool Aid gives away cool shit for the Kool Aid Points anymore. If the Kool Aid Man ain't doin' it, Mario musn't be either...
