need some snes help for an ebay buyer

I just received an email from the buyer on the snes and he's having problems. He says he can only get the mario game to work, and only then the sound works, no video. I tested everything before shipping and everything worked fine for me. I guess I'm looking for some answers as to why he's having these problems.
I figure the guy might not have his TV and/or the snes set to the right channel.
The only other thing I can think of is they need an alcohol scrub.

Can anyone else think of some possibilities as to why this guy is having problems?

Is he using RF or AV cables?

RF is the only cord I included, so I hope he's using that.

Hi yes. i tried it. actually i had a super nintendo myself couple yearsago. i do know how to use it. well, i just try it again so many times today. i finally got it to work.then i pull it out and try second disk. it dont work again. like i haveto keep pull it ang out try it so many time and on and off, it's like 1out of 5 times it will work. and sometime that even only have sound. nopic. sometime picture is messed up..Thanks

Yea it's the carts. They need a good cleaning.

Uhh yea you're real familiar with the Snes system. LOL
