Have you ever just felt the itch.. the NEED to go hunting for games. I woke up today, just wanting to hunt for games. The wife and I's rule is that if you feel that way, there's gotta be something out there. We've been right 80% of the time.

I found a PC Engine Duo, the Japanese version of the Turbo Duo with game, controller and a.. ermm... CDR in the CDROM drive for $80! I have no clue on why it was here, or why someone would import a PC Engine just to trade it to the local game store for little credit.

Time to do the happy dance...

Wow, that's a nice find! Isn't it funny how these things from far away end up in obscure little towns? It's too bad these games and systems don't come with a history with them, it would be interesting to track some of these items.

There is no game finding itch.

You either live in a place where you can find stuff or you don't. Most places you can find stuff.

And it's not how much you itch (they have treatments for that), it's how much you hunt. So get out there and scratch that itch!

And since you know roughly where I'm at, it even adds more to it. This one was from Vintage Stock of all places - the same place I found an Astrocade w/27 games and 2 prototypes last year.

I hunt... a lot. Heck I usually drive 300 miles looking for stuff on a weekend :) The thing is, I've got almost everything that I need for most collections so I'm down to the "really hard to find stuff". Anything I find anymore for my collection is a "score!"

Sweet. I gotta pick one of these up someday. I had the chance to get one complete in box but the game store wanted 200$ for it. Naaaahhh. I did pick up Loom, Ys1-2 & Ys3, and Valis III there complete though ;). It was sweet love being able to play Loom again. And after playing Dracula X on emulation I gotta have one some day.
