NES QUESTION... COWBOY KID

Hey guys I saw Cowboy Kid was only a 6, I think it is more rare, what do yall think do many have it???

Also Why is Maxi 15 a 7 while Action 52 is an 8 and Cheetahmen II a 9... I am just wondering if someone has production #s or if these are all on how often they appear at auction.

I just picked up a Sealed Maxi 15 :) and have a complete Cheetahmen II, I was just curious to see why the big difference in rarity :)

There are production numbers for Cheetahmen II of around 1200 copies but the way they were sold makes is look easier to come by then it is.
